To serve the mothers of St. Mary Parish and their families, infants through school age, by:
~ Nourishing their minds, bodies and souls
~ Supporting them in their vocation of marriage and raising little saints
~ Sharing the joys and hardships of mothering as a Catholic mom
~Supporting and serving as models of a Christ-centered family
~Shepherding each other closer to Jesus through the domestic Church

Welcome to St. Gianna's Mothers Group, a sacred space where mothers come together in faith and fellowship.  Join us as we draw inspiration from the life and teachings of St. Gianna Beretta Molla, a model of maternal love and sacrifice.  Through prayer, reflection, and mutual support, let us strengthen our bonds as mothers and deepen our spiritual connection. Together, let's entrust our joys, challenges, and aspirations to the loving embrace of our Heavenly Mother.  

Join us as we journey in faith, guided by the wisdom of our patron saint, St. Gianna!

Play and Pray Groups:

We meet several times a month for playgroups at different member homes. Sometimes these playgroups include a service project such as Christmas stockings to take to a nursing home, or Easter baskets to donate.
 
Family Events:
Our family events normally have the largest attendance. They provide a way for our families to grow in faith and fellowship. Our family events include:

• All Saints’ Day Costume Party
• Service project like Christmas Caroling or Bingo at local nursing homes
• St. Mary Fish Fry Group Dinner
• Divine Mercy Sunday “Sundae” Party
• Start of Summer S’mores Get-together
• Family rosary and pilgrimages to nearby Catholic locations

Moms only fellowship:
Moms also meet quarterly for a Moms Night Out to local restaurants.

Prayer, Meals, and Other Support:
We also support one another with prayer for the intentions of our members, meals for new moms and those with special needs, and in many other ways.
