Rick has been involved in bringing the parish into the electronic age with the web project and e-mail system. "I want the church to be able to reach out to the community more effectively than the way they have been doing it in the past. Almost every household has a computer and e-mail. People can get information on any topic over the web except things going on in this very active parish. Now they can plug right into what is happening at St Mary."

Jim Drake has been a member of St. Mary Church since 1995 and a Hudson resident since 1990.

Jim has been involved with Christ Renews His Parish and has been on several formation teams in our parish as well as spreading the flame of renewal as Lay Director on a CRHP formation team that traveled to St. Michael Parish in Glen Allen, Virginia to start that Ministry there. He has also been involved in RCIA as a sponsor and team member.

His creative talents which he knows is a spiritual gift also allow him to be involved in different creative aspects for St. Mary's from helping to design the new Parish website, to other Design projects like the Parish Directory and the Parish Mission Brochure. But Jim also loves working with his hands in different ways like woodworking projects where he carved and built Kathee Sterbenz's CRHP Podium and the Parish Alms Box.
