.Lectors
“As a Lector, you take upon yourself
the awesome duty and privilege of bringing the printed word to
life. Your proclamation enables God’s Word to
achieve the purpose for which it was sent.” (Workbook
for Lectors and Readers)
A lector is to be a registered
parishioner who is in full communion with the Church, is committed
to the Ministry of the Word, has good reading skills, believes and
understands what he/she reads, and is committed to improve through
training and attending workshops. The parish provides each
lector with a workbook that helps you prepare and understand each
reading. Contact Julia Grossman at 330.656.0886 or

and bride the day of the wedding. They arrive about an hour
before to set up and get the ceremony started on time and help
